Amazon FBA prep is the work that has to happen to your stock before it is allowed into a fulfilment centre: each unit identified with an FNSKU label, polybagged or bundled where the category requires it, marked up for expiry or fragility, packed into compliant cartons, declared on a box content file and palletised to Amazon’s inbound standard. Get it wrong and Amazon charges unplanned prep and labelling fees per unit — or refuses the delivery outright. A prep centre does that work at the point the goods land in the UK, which also means your bulk can sit in ordinary warehouse storage at a fraction of Amazon’s rate, moving into FBA only as fast as it actually sells. Yes. We build and wrap pallets to the inbound standard, label them against your shipment plan, and deliver into Amazon’s UK receiving sites — including the Midlands centres around Rugeley, Coventry, Daventry and Rugby, which are a short run from our warehouse. We can also hand over to an Amazon partnered carrier if you prefer.
For anything that is not selling quickly, yes. Our pallet storage starts at £4.50 per pallet per week on a monthly rolling account, with no capacity limits and no aged-inventory surcharge. Most sellers keep four to six weeks of cover in FBA and hold the rest of the container with us, replenishing weekly.
Yes. Removal orders are delivered to us, opened, inspected and graded. Sellable units are re-prepped with fresh FNSKU labels and go back into your next FBA shipment; damaged units are quarantined, photographed and reported so you can claim or dispose of them cleanly.
Yes, and most of our Amazon clients run both. FBM and Seller Fulfilled Prime orders are picked, packed and despatched the same working day against a 4pm cut-off, using carrier services that meet the delivery promise you have committed to.
Most sellers are receiving and prepping within 7–10 working days of agreeing the brief — quicker if your stock is already in the UK. There is no setup fee and no minimum commitment.
Prep starts at £0.75 per unit for receive, inspect, FNSKU label and scan. Polybagging and bundling add from £0.45 per unit. Pallets for FC delivery are from £12.50 each with £3.50 wrap and band. Everything is line-itemed — you see exactly what each step costs before you commit.
Yes. System integration is from £150 per week and covers Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Magento, TikTok Shop and standard EDI feeds, with live stock visibility across all of them from a single pool.
Batteries, aerosols and other restricted lines need to be reviewed case by case before we quote — some we can prep and store, some we cannot. Temperature-controlled and hazardous goods are always priced separately from the standard rate card.
Yes — goods are held under Goods-in-Trust cover to £100,000+ per pallet in a CCTV-monitored, alarmed warehouse, and moved under CMR / RHA conditions. Higher-value cover is available on request for high-ticket ASINs.
